Hi, I'm Nicole. I enjoy taking a business goal and building the tech to support it, seeing how everything fits into a system and refining it to be efficient, and making it look good while I'm at it. A job well done for me is a founder who has peace of mind about their website and can focus on the thing that matters most, running the business.
About Nicole Lin
I started my first online business at 17 and never stopped being curious about how business and tech work together. Four years in business operations, seven years in tech, and I continue to enjoy building and looking after websites. I love the logic behind code, the pixel-perfect design, and how all of that supports the business goals.
I enjoy building AI-assisted tools that take the repetitive work off my plate and give clients more for the same hours. Right now that's performance diagnostics, scheduled audits across every site I manage, and catching red flags before they reach a client or their customers. It also means better decisions, for them and for me, because I can see all 19 sites at once instead of one at a time. Separately, I built an affiliate page generator for one client: an article used to take him around two hours, now it's a couple of clicks and under five minutes.

What I do
I build websites, look after them once they're live, and handle the technical work in between.
Development and rebuilds
New websites and rebuilds of old ones, mostly on WordPress with WooCommerce or LifterLMS. I also work in Shopify and Squarespace when that's what a business already runs on.
Ongoing care and maintenance
Updates, backups, uptime monitoring, hosting and domains. Each month I report on how a site is doing: health, speed, accessibility, and how it shows up in search and AI answers.
Infrastructure and security
Hosting, Cloudflare security rules, and server and caching setup. The parts of a site nobody sees until something goes wrong.
Custom plugins and automation
WordPress plugins written for one site when nothing off the shelf fits, and automated workflows that take repetitive jobs off people's hands.
AI automations
Small tools that use AI where it saves real time, built into how a site already works. A person checks the output before anything goes live.
Performance and accessibility
Speeding up slow pages and checkouts, and checking and fixing sites against WCAG, the accessibility standard behind the European Accessibility Act.
